Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support and create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with MLD and complex needs
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Support pupils with first aid administration and emergency procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
