About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the commercial aspects of high-end residential projects, including cost reporting, tender and contract documents, CVR's, and bills of quantities.
  • Attend professional and client meetings to ensure effective communication and negotiation.
  • Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedules and mitigate commercial risks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in high-end residential or prime property projects.
  • Experience working for a main contractor is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • QS degree or equivalent qualification.
