About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the West End office. As the second-in-command in the department, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and managing costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
  • Manage costs effectively, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses
  • Support the professional growth of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Interact with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an Associate seeking career advancement
  • Prior experience within a consultancy setting and MRICS chartership
  • Proficiency in project management, cost management, and collaboration with various departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
