Training Consultant / Technical Trainer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Training Consultant / Technical Trainer to deliver in-depth training sessions on AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the Bodyshop Management System for customers.
  2. Provide additional support to enhance system utilization, including ongoing training and guidance.
  3. Evaluate training needs with the Training Implementation Manager and continuously refine training materials and methods.
  4. Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing training programs.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and AutoFlow product updates to ensure relevant training content.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the crash repair industry, with expertise in bodyshop management.
  2. Flexibility to travel extensively to customer locations, supporting the success of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional training experiences and ensuring customers achieve optimal results from AutoFlow's Bodyshop Management System. An estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
