Job Title: Dairy Quality Assurance Professional

Müller Milk & Ingredients is a leading dairy company in the UK, producing a wide range of branded and private label products.

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Quality Assurance Professional to ensure quality performance through analysis, subject knowledge, and testing performance at our Bridgwater Dairy.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician to provide expertise through quality-based testing and data evaluation.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for displaying drive and motivation to continually improve quality-based performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Laboratory tasks and management systems (5S etc)
  • Support and process confirm operations quality control responsibilities
  • Good understanding and active part within the performance management system (PMS)
  • Governance and ownership of Quality Index and other monthly reports
  • Internal and external audit processes
  • Display good team work ability
Requirements:
  • HACCP Awareness (Level 2-3)
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • Microbiology and aseptic techniques
  • Internal Audit
  • Yellow and Green belt problem solving
  • A3 problem solving
  • Electronic Data Capture
  • Dairy Science

Work Details:

Permanent contract

4 on 4 off shift pattern: 2 day shifts (7am-7pm), 2 night shifts (7pm - 7am), 4 off and repeat

£51 per hour
