TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the migration and transition of users in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless user migrations and transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with end users and stakeholders to manage and execute user migrations and transitions
  • Determine user application readiness (UAR) to identify users ready for promotion to rHVD
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination and management

  • Ability to work with technical and business teams across all levels of seniority
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large user/datasets (10k+ records)

Working Environment
