Project Coordinator

Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital portfolio of projects within Sellafield. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and coordination of the Digital project team, including the development and maintenance of project library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
- Provide secretariat support to the Digital project team, including clear and concise minutes, action, and decision tracking.
- Support the provision of operational direction, guidance to multi-disciplinary teams (client, KBR, and other Lot Partners).
- Support the allocation of project work in line with team objectives and individual capabilities.
- Assist in the monitoring of quality and performance against agreed criteria to make learning recommendations or to escalate concerns.
- Facilitate effective working relationships between team members.
- Develop and support effective communication between project teams.
Requirements:

Working Arrangements:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Deputy Digital Delivery Lead and project managers to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, scope, and budget. This support is multi-faceted and will change over the life of the project.
