About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring clients receive nutritious and enjoyable food
- Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients feel valued and connected
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
- Aged 18 or over
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
