Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality governance and compliance within the hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality and Governance Team to foster a culture of quality and ensure effective management of clinical records.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality and governance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and incidents.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in administration. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have good basic PC skills.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of £33,000 - £43,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days annual leave, pension scheme, private medical insurance, and more.
