Job Description

Laser Service Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Laser Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fault diagnosis and repair of complex laser systems.
  • Performing preventative maintenance and calibration tasks.
  • Delivering customer training and technical support.
  • Coordinating installations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate customer files and documentation.

The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
