As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage all food and food safety training within the prison, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver Food Safety training to prisoners working within catering areas
* Deliver allergen training to prisoners working within catering areas
* Ensure all prisoners working for Aramark have been inducted into their work area
* Train staff on the induction process
* Keep all induction and the training matrix up to date
* Complete practical demonstrations
* Coach and mentor candidates
* Instruct prisoners in Health and Hygiene
* Train prisoners and staff in the use of all kitchen equipment
* Assist where necessary in food preparation.

Key Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of food having worked in a kitchen and food safety
* Level 3 food safety qualified
* Experience training and developing individuals
* A strong communicator with patience and resilience
