We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our rapidly growing team at First Option Healthcare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children, supporting the care needs of a female client who requires peg feeding, tracheostomy, and enteral feeding.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be comfortable using complex care equipment.

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Weekly payments
  • £250 referral fee
  • 3 months rolling rota
  • Permanent and Additional ADHOC work available
  • In-house training (Bespoke)

The salary for this role is approximately $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We require the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Equality Act 2010.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with clients and family members, and be flexible in your approach to caring for patients within their own home.
