The Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive profitable account growth as a Client Partner - Public Sector
- Lead and nurture key client relationships to expand existing business and unlock new revenue streams
- Partner with internal teams to craft winning proposals and secure deals
- Build and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales excellence
You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
- 16+ years of experience in strong Public Sector sales leadership
- A proven track record of driving significant sales growth
- Expertise in closing mid-sized & large deals
- Strong people management and motivational skills
- Deep understanding of the UK & European Public Sector market
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and find creative solutions
- Leadership autonomy: Drive results and be empowered to make a difference
