Main Responsibilities

Person Specification
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess relevant qualifications, such as a degree in psychology or a related field, and registration with a professional body (e.g., BPS). They should also have experience working in community mental health settings, particularly with clients presenting with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health issues. A sound knowledge of risk assessment, management, and containment is essential. Proficiency in IT and basic awareness of digital systems are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, are necessary for success in this role. Lastly, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in mental health care.
Salary
The salary range for this position is £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
