Retail Sales Strategist

We are seeking a Retail Sales Strategist to join our Hardware Channels team at eTeam. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the European Retail Sales Lead and be responsible for driving brand awareness and new seller acquisition through hardware sales in the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from the retail channel.
  2. Manage relationships with existing retailers to maintain and grow Square's retail footprint.
  3. Collaborate with hardware operations for ongoing retail program maintenance and new product launches.
  4. Identify opportunities to drive discovery for Square products at retail.
  5. Manage retail marketing budget to ensure campaigns are return on investment positive and deliver intended results.

Requirements:

5+ years in B2B sales, account management or retail marketing experience, preferably with large format retailers in the UK. An analytical, structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and marketing campaign performance. Ability to travel (20%).
