The successful candidate will work with clients across a diverse range of sectors, both B2B and B2C, developing social media strategies and creating engaging content plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and support them in developing their social media strategies and content plans.
  • Manage budgets for paid social campaigns.
  • Sole responsibility for all paid social campaigns.
  • Craft engaging and creative organic social content.
  • Analyse campaign results and report to clients.
  • Manage a small team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a social media role, managing both organic and paid social campaigns.
  • Preferably from an agency background, but in-house experience working on multiple brands or stakeholders is also considered.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Sprout Social or similar tools.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and clients, with strong analytical and creative skills and commercial awareness.

Location and Benefits

This role requires the ability to commute to Wolverhampton, where the agency is based. The successful candidate must have their own transport.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
