We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team at Howden. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience team, you will work closely with our Digital Optimisation Manager to drive traffic and enhance digital customer experiences, resulting in improved conversions and return on investment (ROI).

Your primary responsibilities will include producing performance reports and insights to inform decision-making, ensuring data collection accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create accessible reporting dashboards. You will also be responsible for training marketing colleagues on tools such as Google Analytics 4 and staying up-to-date with product updates and new techniques.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in data analytics within a digital marketing context, with a strong understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for reporting and analysis. You will also need to be confident in communicating professionally with people across the business, using a range of styles and techniques to adapt to different stakeholders and language and cultural barriers.

  1. Produce performance reports and insights to share with team members and stakeholders across the group to advise decision-making.
  2. Work with the digital optimisation manager to ensure data collection is accurate and audit data analytics tools regularly.
  3. Work with internal stakeholders to create accessible reporting dashboards to provide robust, automated key performance indicators that users can self-serve from.
  4. Produce exciting data visualisations to assist with data presentation and improve on current reporting methods.
  5. Deliver ad-hoc reports upon request.
  6. Train and upskill marketing colleagues across the business on tools such as Google Analytics 4 and keep tabs on product updates and new techniques.
  7. Carry out weekly health checks to identify web experience issues and inform and advise the relevant team members how to fix or improve.
  8. Support local teams with developing and running paid advertising campaigns, as well as analysing and benchmarking performance.
  9. Work on other projects/tasks as and when requested.
