Customer Success Director

Salary: £90k - £110k + performance bonus and stock options

Location: United Kingdom, fully remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing remote CS team of 5 across the UK, US, and South America
  • Manage the CSM variable compensation plan to align with CS goals
  • Collaborate with ops and data teams on CS capacity management and forecasting
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Customer Success experience, including 3+ years as a high-performing CS leader/manager
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
