Healthcare Operations Manager

At Practice Plus Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Head of Healthcare. This position is based at HMP Rye Hill, a category B prison located in Rugby.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 4 clinical leads that cover Mental Health, Pharmacy, Primary Care, and Business Manager. As part of our team, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services to over 40,000 patients across 53 prisons, young offenders, and immigration removal centres.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want to develop their skills and experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, meeting commissioner expectations, and developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range between £53,000 - £56,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience. In addition, benefits include discounts on shopping and leisure activities, support to grow in your role, and a 24/7 employee assistance helpline.
