Transport Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Gist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our logistics services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain legal o-license compliance, operational excellence, and cost and service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer care, resolving live issues and escalating to the Team Manager as necessary.
- Manage daily administration tasks, including payroll systems, payroll queries, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration in a busy transport environment.
- PC literate with word and excel experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
