Deputy Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our Ipsos Northern Ireland team as a Deputy Managing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth and success of our business in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of researchers and evaluators to deliver high-quality projects and services to our clients.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in Northern Ireland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships in Northern Ireland.
- Lead and participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director for Northern Ireland and the UK Public Affairs Managing Director to drive business growth and success.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a research or evaluation environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong business development and leadership skills, with a track record of driving growth and revenue in a competitive market.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial performance, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs for team members.
