About the Role:

Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining spreadsheet records of insurance information, policy costings, and premium splits. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify quotations and policy documentation received from external brokers
  • Liaise with internal teams and external brokers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance cover, including building, plant, and equipment maintenance
  • Process monthly payroll, including knowledge of SSP, Family leave, P60, and pension auto-enrolment
  • Manage the annual leave booking process, ensuring individual holiday records are updated and requests are added to the team's calendar

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software
