We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Stroke & Neuro department at St. Peter's Hospital, Ashford and St. Peters NHS Trust. As a Physiotherapist Band 7, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients, assessing, planning, and implementing interventions based on individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the Stroke & Neuro department.
- Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy interventions based on individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist with relevant experience in Stroke and Neuro settings.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development.
