Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Circle Health Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong background in general Physiotherapy and specialist areas to take on a leadership role within our Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard.
  • Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and policies.
  • Provide clinical direction and guidance to other physiotherapy staff.
  • Ensure excellent patient care and promote a professional and caring environment.
Requirements
  • Chartered Physiotherapist with postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant specialist experience.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
  • Degree level educated, or equivalent.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
