Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist - Medical Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Medical Therapy Team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care on our medical wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing patient care on medical wards
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high standards of care
  • Supervise and support junior staff in their professional development
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective multidisciplinary working
  • Participate in clinical and organisational audit to evaluate the effectiveness of the service

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy
  • Experience in leading a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical conditions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
