Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Battersea PCN. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in supporting safe and quality prescribing practices within our GP surgeries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Safe Prescribing Support: Repeat prescribing, medicines reconciliation, high-risk drug monitoring.
  • Quality Prescribing Support: Medicines optimisation, prescribing audits, QOF.
  • Practice Protocols Development: Developing practice prescribing and chronic disease protocols, training practice staff.

You will be part of a collaborative team working across 5 GP surgeries in North Battersea, serving a combined population of approximately 57,000 patients. We value excellent working relationships and are excited to expand our PCN pharmacy team to enhance healthcare services for our patients and support clinical and administrative staff.
