About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Team Administrator to join our team at Connections The Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our property development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and partners in the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of next steps and providing regular updates on their conveyancing journey.
  • Process Facilitation: Liaise with external partners, including solicitors and mortgage brokers, to facilitate the conveyancing process and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update the CRM database, manage diaries, organize meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized filing and archiving systems, and prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track progress and other key information.
  • General Support: Provide general administrative support, including printing, copying, and scanning.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to provide high-level support both over the phone and in person.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in Property Administration: Have experience in property administration, financial services, or a related field.
