Engineering Manager - Sonobuoy Portfolio

As a seasoned engineering professional, you will oversee the delivery of all engineering activities for the sonobuoy portfolio. Your expertise in sonar, acoustics, or a related field will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of all engineering activities for the sonobuoy portfolio.
  • Oversee engineering projects through all phases, from bid to production readiness.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, opportunities, and assumptions in the engineering plans.
  • Foster team growth through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sonar, acoustics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and systems engineering concepts.
  • Ability to manage engineering estimates and deliver against challenging timelines.
