Job Title: Conference & Banqueting Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference & Banqueting Assistant to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, banquets, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate delegates' needs and communicate effectively with the kitchen and C&E Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Control the flow of events and ensure that all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Work closely with the events team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
