Conference & Banqueting Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Conference & Banqueting Assistant to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our kitchen and conference & events manager to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of delegates, controlling the flow of events and communicating effectively with the kitchen and conference & events manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to deliver high-quality events, from weddings to meetings for 6, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
  • Contribute to the creation of memorable experiences for our guests, working closely with the events team to design and deliver bespoke events.
  • Support the development of internal talent, with opportunities for progression and growth within the company.
