Job Title: KS1 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 teacher to join our team at a 'Good' 2-form entry school in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and a proven track record of success within a KS1 environment.

About the Role:

The KS1 teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering stimulating and engaging lessons that inspire and challenge KS1 students. They will also plan and organise schemes of work in line with the school's curriculum and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of KS1 students
  • Plan and organise schemes of work in line with the school's curriculum and national standards
  • Assess and evaluate student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
  • Provide regular feedback to students, parents and colleagues on student progress
  • Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences
Requirements:
  • QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
  • Passionate about learning and committed to delivering high-quality education
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
