Job Summary
This role involves delivering high-quality product training to various audiences, including customers and installers. As a Product Training Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that drive best practice and continuous professional development.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs to ensure seamless adoption of new products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Create educational materials, including e-learning content, webinars, and workshops, using a variety of tools and software.
- Design and facilitate interactive training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and skills transfer.
- Manage training budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery and evaluation to inform future training initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and concerns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, managers, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Have a strong background in product training or a related field, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles and effective teaching methodologies.
- Be proficient in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems.
- Hold a recognized teaching or training qualification, such as a CIPD certification.
- Have a good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibit a proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Meet specific salary requirements (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum), based on industry standards and location.
