We're looking for a highly skilled AWS Data Center Talent Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our data center learning team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our staff.

You will have a degree in organizational psychology, data science, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in talent assessment or organizational development. You will also have expertise in working with psychometric principles, job analysis techniques, and assessment tool validation.

Your responsibilities will include developing a competency framework for data center roles, defining behavioral indicators for each competency, and using statistical analysis to validate assessments. You will also work with our Certification team to integrate skill-testing tools into a coherent certification examination strategy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
