AWS Data Center Technical Lead

AWS is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technical Lead to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in data center operations, with a strong background in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair. They should also have knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts, as well as understanding on incident response and prioritization. Experience in network cabling, including optical, is also required. Additionally, good attention to details and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff in the daily operations of our data centers. They will oversee the management of all systems, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What We Offer
