As a key member of our service portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifts, escalators, and moving walkways
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our lifts meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lift Service Engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and components
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid certification in lift maintenance and repair
