Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our small fundraising team on a part-time basis as a Fundraising and Communications Specialist. This is a new role within Age UK Kensington & Chelsea, offering a wonderful opportunity for someone to make it their own.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate community fundraiser, eloquent communicator, excellent at managing their time, and a natural relationship builder. They will have experience of event planning and community/individual fundraising, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This part-time role involves 3 days per week, with one day worked from home. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 4% employer pension, cycle-to-work scheme, season ticket loan, employee assisted project, staff wellbeing events, annual leave purchase scheme, and length of service recognition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors and stakeholders, and promoting the organisation's brand and services through social media and other channels.
