Job Title: Workshop Team Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Team Lead to join our team in Liverpool. As the lead, you will oversee a team of technicians and be responsible for ensuring the successful assembly and installation of electrical and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and allocate tasks to a team of 10 technicians.
- Oversee the assembly and wiring of electrical and pneumatic control systems in line with engineering drawings.
- Prioritize workloads to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager on internal electrical issues and upgrade projects.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and manage near miss reporting.
- Perform quality control checks on finished goods to ensure standards are met.
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum
