We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team at Vetisco. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure their absolute satisfaction. You will greet each client, offer support, and manage payments and future bookings confidently.

Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must. You will be the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
