Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pastry dishes for our clients
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Lead and train a team of pastry chefs to ensure excellent standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with other kitchen teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of food trends and menu planning
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
