Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes? Do you have excellent communication skills and a warm and caring approach? If so, we would love to hear from you As a Personal Support Specialist with Bluebird Care Chichester, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personalized care plans to meet the individual needs of each client
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as toileting, washing, and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to dietary requirements
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • A valid full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use
  • The right to work in the UK
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous care experience is desirable

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.10-£26.20 per hour (depending on the shift)
