About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Cavendish Nuclear, a leading provider of critical nuclear solutions. As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in preparing and maintaining integrated schedules of project and/or programme activities and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organisational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Resource Breakdown Structures (RBS), and Control Breakdown Structures (CBS).
  • Develop, baseline, and maintain project integrated schedules, ensuring alignment with financial and material demand toolsets.
  • Ensure regular status updates of the integrated schedule, providing metrics and schedule analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Resource and cost-load schedules to inform Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and provide financial status of the project.
Requirements
  • Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment or business sector.
  • Awareness of various contracting methodologies, including FIDIC, NEC, and JCT.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling toolsets, such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Quantitative risk analysis experience.
  • Forensic planning experience.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out.
