About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnering Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing analytical and talent management support to our global business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior stakeholders on people and talent management strategies to support business strategy.
  • Project manage people development processes and leadership presentations.
  • Execute against people development processes, including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, diversity, and year-end compensation.
  • Partner with functional colleagues to deliver recruiting, training, global mobility, and employee relations.
  • Partner with EMEA Engineering networks and communities to deliver OKRs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, CIPD level 7 or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of post-UG relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets and presenting results.
  • Ability to work with Excel on a day-to-day basis.
  • Analytical mindset and technical skillset, with excellent quantitative skills, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with high organization, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
  • Flexibility to work across diverse projects with different stakeholders.
