About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnering Vice President to join our team at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. This role will provide analytical and talent management support for the global business divisions of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advise senior stakeholders on people and talent management strategies to support divisional business strategy
  2. Facilitate and drive key annual processes, including reporting and analytics on people-related metrics and trends, and organization reviews
  3. Project manage people development processes and leadership presentations for the division
  4. Help execute against all people development processes for the division, including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, diversity, and year-end compensation
  5. Partner with functional HCM colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recruiting, training, global mobility, and employee relation issues
  6. Partner and advise EMEA Engineering networks and communities in the delivery of their OKRs
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree, CIPD level 7 or equivalent
  2. 8+ years of post-UG relevant work experience or equivalent
  3. Comfortable working with and analyzing large sets of data and presenting results that tell a clear and compelling story
  4. Ability to work with Excel on a day-to-day basis (e.g., comfortable doing vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  5. Analytical mindset and technical skillset – excellent quantitative skills, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  6. Thinks multiple steps ahead; and juggles competing deadlines effectively
  7. Strong project management skills – highly organized, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through required
  8. Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships successfully
  9. Desirable experience in a global, matrix company; ideally FinTech, Financial Services, and/or Technology organizations
  10. Flexibility to work across a diverse range of projects (i.e., strong quantitative skills combined with aptitude for talent management initiatives) with different stakeholders
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and think clearly under pressure
  12. Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative global environment
  13. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  14. Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
