Job Summary

Vox Network Consultants is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Strategist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with senior management to develop and implement effective systems for inspecting and maintaining properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a degree in building surveying or a related field and significant experience in property maintenance and management. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective systems for inspecting and maintaining properties.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for property maintenance.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical staff to ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and effectively.


Requirements:
  • Degree in building surveying or a related field.
  • Significant experience in property maintenance and management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
