About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce at our Rainworth wastewater treatment works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver work safely and to the specified quality.
  • Ensure implementation of project plans, RAMS, ITPs, and approval of supply chain RAMS, in line with company procedures.
  • Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and Project Manager.
  • Delivery of site inductions, issuing of permits/forms, and daily briefings (including toolbox talks) and record keeping.
  • Undertaking weekly site audits and documenting and issuing RFI's in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Chair site meetings and report weekly to the project manager on site progress.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry.
  • Substantial knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control.
  • Good knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for task-specific activities.
  • CSCS Card.
