We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN educator to join our team in Sheffield. As a highly valued and inclusive establishment, we support children with additional needs by creating routines and promoting the development of their skills for life.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to EYFS students with SEN needs, assisting with academic tasks, and promoting positive behaviour management strategies.

Foster positive relationships with students, promoting self-esteem, confidence, and resilience. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver exciting and engaging learning experiences. Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials and activities to accommodate students' diverse learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of vulnerable students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers. Flexibility, patience, and resilience in managing challenging situations and behaviours are also necessary.
