As a Cleaning Supervisor with OCS UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site. Your main objective will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, conducting daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.



You will be working on a variable shift rota between 07:00 to 22:00, 37.5 hours per week.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Managing equipment, materials and stock levels.
  • Training and developing staff.
  • Carrying out general cleaning duties.
  • Controlling costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
  • Supervising quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Conducting team briefings to cascade information to staff.
  • Ensuring staff present a professional image.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong people skills.
