About the Role:
As a Cleaning Team Lead at OCS Group, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning staff at a prestigious customer site. Your primary objective will be to supervise daily operations, ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
You will work on a variable shift rota between 07:00 to 22:00, with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week. Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with customer representatives to address specific requirements and concerns.
- Managing equipment, materials, and stock levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conducting general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Controlling costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
- Supervising quality control procedures to guarantee exceptional results.
- Leading team briefings to communicate important information to staff.
- Maintaining a professional image for the team and the company.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
