Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Operative to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our office, welfare, conference, and meeting room spaces.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional cleaning services, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. You will work independently, leading a team and utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to achieve our high standards.
We offer a comprehensive training program, so experience is not required. However, you must be able to act on your own initiative, be enthusiastic, and committed to the role. In return, you will receive excellent company benefits, including high street discount schemes and health care support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality cleaning services, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
- Lead a team and work collaboratively to achieve our cleaning and infection control objectives.
- Develop and maintain a methodical approach to cleaning, ensuring efficiency and thoroughness.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
You must be able to work independently, be adaptable, and willing to adopt new processes and ideas. A knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations is essential. It is desirable to have a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training.
