We're looking for a talented Store Assistant to join our team at Sweaty Betty. As a Store Assistant, you'll be the beating heart of our store, bringing your passion and enthusiasm to work every day. Your goal will be to ensure an amazing experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships with them.
  • Be actively involved with in-store activities, such as visual merchandising and events.
  • Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising and ensure a beautiful, safe, and clean store at all times.
  • Be responsible for cash management and till operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are always adhered to.

Must Haves

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share your product knowledge.
  • Pride over your work and a willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
